General Terms and Conditions


The products may be purchased on this site  (following the purchasing process), or alternatively through our telephone or fax contacts.

If you chose to buy through our site, you will be able to benefit from discount vouchers ( worth 2,5 € per 100 € purchased of Livescribe and Mainline products) to be used for subsequent purchases, having the option on the site to use the available discount ( in 5€ multiples).  The cumulative discount is valid for a 3 month period subsequent to the date of the last purchase. Thus, every purchase that is carried out, results in an extension by a further 3 months of the period during which the discount can be used.  Products purchased under promotion and/or special offers, are not entitled to  discount vouchers.

All orders can be picked up at our premises  or sent through the shipping methods available at check-out ( depending on the forwarder a tracing code can be given so that you able to follow your delivery status ).

Payment should be carried out in the following alternative ways

  • in cash/by cheque , at our premises or upon receipt of the goods.

 

Should it occur that we are not able to ship to you all items of your order, we will get in touch and the value of any items not able to be supplied will be refunded.

The return of products can be done within 14 days after reception of the goods ( as long as those are in good condition and in the original packing ). Please note that Yonos should be previously contacted about the return. After receiving and verification of the condition of the returned products, the respective value will be returned to you, with an eventual correction for transport costs. 

Should you verify any damage upon reception of the products shipped by us, the forwarder should be notified immediately. Within 48 hours you should also contact Yonos to allow us to analyse the issue.

The customer should always keep the original invoice, which will be required in situations concerning product warranty.
